These General Terms and Conditions of Sale define the rights and obligations between Urban Kicklab and any person making a purchase on the site.
Any order implies full and complete acceptance of these terms and conditions.

Urban Kicklab strives to present the products with the greatest possible accuracy.

Prices are indicated in euros (€) and include VAT where applicable.
Urban Kicklab reserves the right to modify its prices at any time. The applicable price is the one displayed at the time of the order.
5. Order
The order is validated once the payment is accepted.
Urban Kicklab reserves the right to cancel or refuse any order in the event of a dispute or non-payment.
6. Payment
Payment is due immediately upon ordering.
Accepted payment methods are: credit card and any other method offered on the site.
Transactions are secured via the payment platform used by Shopify.
7. Delivery
Orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days.
Delivery generally takes place within 5 to 9 business days.
Deadlines may be extended during periods of high demand or holidays.
Urban Kicklab cannot be held responsible for delays attributable to the carrier.
8. Right of withdrawal
In accordance with current legislation, the customer has a period of 14 days from receipt of the product to exercise their right of withdrawal.
The product must be returned in its original condition, unused, and in its original packaging.
9. Refund
After receipt and verification of the returned product, the refund will be processed within 24 hours via the original payment method.
10. Liability
Urban Kicklab cannot be held liable for damages resulting from improper use of the purchased product.
11. Personal data
The data collected is necessary for processing orders and is handled in accordance with the GDPR.
The customer may exercise their rights of access, rectification, or deletion by contacting us.
12. Applicable law
These terms and conditions are subject to French law.
In the event of a dispute, an amicable solution will be sought before any legal action.
