Refund Policy

1. Right of withdrawal

In accordance with current legislation, the customer has a period of 14 days from receipt of the product to exercise their right of withdrawal.

2. Refund eligibility conditions

To be eligible for a refund:

  • The product must be unused

  • It must be returned in its original condition

  • The original packaging must be intact

  • A proof of purchase is mandatory

Urban Kicklab reserves the right to refuse a refund if the product is returned damaged, incomplete, or unfit for resale.

3. Return procedure

  1. Contact customer service

  2. Wait for validation and instructions

  3. Return the product to the provided address

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, except in the case of an error or proven defect.

Any return sent without prior validation may be refused.

4. Non-refundable products

The following cannot be refunded:

  • Used or deteriorated products

  • Personalized products

  • Gift cards

5. Refund processing

After receipt and inspection of the product:

  • The refund is processed within 5 to 10 business days

  • The refund is issued via the original payment method

Initial shipping costs may not be refunded in accordance with applicable regulations.

6. Parcel not received / marked as delivered

A parcel is considered delivered when the carrier confirms its delivery.

In case of a parcel marked "delivered":

  • A carrier investigation may be opened

  • No refund guarantee can be granted without the investigation results

Urban Kicklab reserves the right to refuse any abusive or fraudulent request.

7. Fraud prevention and chargebacks

Any bank dispute (chargeback) initiated without prior contact with our customer service will be considered abusive if the order was delivered and compliant.

Urban Kicklab reserves the right to:

  • Transmit proof of delivery and transaction to banking institutions

  • Take legal action in case of proven fraud

  • Claim administrative fees related to an abusive dispute

8. Partial refund

A partial refund may be granted if:

  • The product shows signs of use

  • The packaging is damaged

  • Items are missing

The amount withheld will be proportional to the noted depreciation.
